They slant lines towards teams with rest vs team playing day before in conference finals at least 1-2 pts. Teams with rest have historically covered at a high rate, but less so this year.

Sagarin rating system applies 3.31 points for home court, so in theory, you could argue the line should be -10 at a neutral site. Power ratings adjust as well, just my two cents not meant to be critical but informative
