Nothing is really free anymore! Woke up this morning and got this email from Ooma.

How are my taxes and fees changing?

As a customer who purchased Ooma approximately two years ago, you have paid reduced taxes and fees of $11.75 per year. Per our standard terms and conditions, these taxes and fees are subject to change and beginning Dec 25, 2011, your taxes and fees will change to $3.47 per month.

Thats pretty complicated statement.

here is the thing about it.

The 11.75 is a complete distraction. It makes you think that you have been slumming around with their money. So you owe them a favor

So here is the favor

You now pay 3.47 a month for taxs and fees.

Hope that didnt piss you off. We used a really good company to get that statement.

it works good.

And can you please pay 24 dollars before Dec !

thats your 6 months in advance fee for oomm

if you got any friends we will give you a year free if you have someone else sign up for oommm

And thank you again for your contributions.
