In the continuing effort to have the edge, the books delay giving you lines to work with as long as they can. Granted, you know the games and approx. line you are going to get but--- there are always a couple that come out with a cloud over them. Those are the ones that are hard to pick apart. Basic capping doesn't necessarily work with the one and done cloud that hangs over many of these teams.
