MINNESOTA TWINS +155 - Yes, the Yankees are off to a 15-3 start, and they have won 12 straight meetings with Minnesota, but I still think that it is very difficult to sweep a 4-game series from a team of the Twins? caliber on the road. After all, Minnesota had the best home record in baseball last year. Also, this is a getaway day for New York, a situation that usually favors the home team. Reed has been sharp in his last 2 starts, allowing only 3 runs in 10 innings. He was pitching a gem when he was forced to leave after 4 innings the last time he faced the Yankees, holding the Bombers to 1 run in 4 innings. While Reed has now had 2 straight very good starts, Wells is coming off of his worst start of the season, getting torched for 5 earned runs and 11 hits in only 5 innings by Toronto. Wells has always been a streaky pitcher, so that last start was a bad omen. I will go with the nice price here as I look for the Twinkies to avoid the home sweep.
