Watched that show with my parents on an "itsy bitsy" Black and white TV screen...the TV was massive, shaped like a cathederal.
In the day, my mother was hooked on "Bishop Fulton Sheen"...looked it up, he was on the old DuMont TV network. He always looked like a vampire to me.

this was attributed to groucho and it`s pretty much been debunked as false,but it`s groucho-esque.....
