the 4 & the 9 dropped to the late pull on the pick 3

and

the 0,2,3 dropped to the late pull on the pick 4

You would have to know which balls are set to utilize the fix


my point was it happened too often for me for it to be a coincidence.

I can't tell you how to take advantage of it but it appears to me to be set up and IF someone inside knew which balls were set then they could wheel the other 9 numbers to hit a straight payout. I know it sounds crazy but sure looks fishy to me.
