Any real estate agents here? My wife is an agent in two states (Maryland and Virginia) and is thinking about advertising on the site. Any other sites you know of that have a good ROI would be helpful. She's been doing well, but the real estate market is super competitive out here. Thanks in advance...

I use it all the time and it seems to be the "go-to" site for real estate values.

Other advice, figure out a way to reach relocating executives...there are alot of them out there moving to where ever they can find a job. Maybe try to establish a relationship with local smaller to mid-sized companies that might be hiring.

Good luck.

Thanks for your advice guys, that's very good advice about the relocation stuff. Zillow is definitely not cheap. Then again if you're providing an excellent service you shouldn't be. I chatted with a sales rep about getting exposure in a few zip codes today and the average CPM was $150+. The good thing about it is they let you do small ad campaigns, so I can test with a small budget if I want. Definitely going to try a small test in the peak Summer months July and August.
