On the course!
Here's what I see:

Maddux does his bit thru 5 and 1/3 like always, only this game is a little tighter than most.

The pen comes in, and Arizona squeaks out the 1-2 runs they need in the 7th or 8th

Kim manages to hold on to a lead for a save.

Arizona wins by a run, 3-2

There you go! No need to watch the game, now.

Should be an interesting game. Maddux has been pitching well, but DBacks have had their way with Maddux in past. Plus, Smoltz and Spooney threw last nite. Could get interesting. Would lean to Arizona, but will watch this one.

Actually taking Maddux and the over 8. This is more of a play against Helling than anything else. Coming off the DL, I expect him to get shelled.

nakor.....you expect Helling to get shelled since he's coming off the DL? Gotta respectfully disagree. This happens a lot with guys fresh of the DL, but most the time it's when they had an injury to their arm. This was just his ankle, it was only the 15 day DL, plus he did have a quality rehab start.....Could happen, but I don't feel it will. I think Atlanta struggles first time or 2 through the lineup and by that time it could be too late, as Helling might be outta the game with his pitchcount. Zona's pen is solid.

Helling can be a gas can, but he has to be charged to get back out there. I have to wonder about that ankle. (Maybe the DL was a good reason to rest the guy, as he was getting bombed!)

I look at him playing at home, playing a great team, facing a great pitcher, and playing on National tv.

I know that the Braves have a huge win streak going, too. I still see a small DBacks win.
