I knew that Washington St. would controll tempo and that Zona might look ahead to the Huskiees (tho did not put much emphsysis into this). I kinda of looked at this game when Washington came in last Saturday and won by 13 I thought that Zona would do the same especially since Wash St beat them on there home floor. Zona a similar team than Washington but I think they play better defence. Went against Zona on Sunday and got burnt and go with them tonight and same thing happens. Chit can't get a grip on this team.

we've covered in 9 of our last 11....only 2 non covers WAZZU.

pretty easy read to me.

lute doesnt (never has) matched up well with this type of tempo.

Its good to win a game like this one. . . Cats struggled with Stoudamire yet found a way to win by going to Frye and others in the end. Cats looked sluggish to me but it was probably the style/tempo of the game by Washington State.

Think Arizona is in great shape overall and will be as dangerous as any in the tournament with their improved depth and team style of play

It is true every year but this more than most I think the pairings will tell us who will stand at the end. On paper one would think UNC and Illini, but the more I watch them the more I am convinced they wont cut the nets down. Problem is, who else looks all that impressive? I sense one of those years like 85 or 88 or 2003 where a 4 seed type team wins.

Very true Sun. . . could happen. I think a lower seed in BC's bracket (assuming they get past everything with a 1 seed which will be difficult to say the least) could certainly get to the Final Four. Hope Arizona is in that one. Tar Heels certainly prone to losing especially on the road. . . I really think Illinois would have been better suited right now with a loss under their belt but maybe they find a way to get it done. Still, wouldn't shock me to see a team that finished 3rd or 4th in their conference come in and get on a roll
