JUST 4 MONTHS AWAY:0002

Fishing in North GA Toccoa river yesterday caught 15 trout, ranging in size from 8 inches to 2 lbs. Love putting on the neoprenes, and no one else on the river. Fun thing was catching all 3 species we have in Georgia, Rainbow, Brook and Brown. My two-pounder was a Brown, in a small 5 foot deep pool below rapids, and he was a good fight. Anyhow, just thought I'd share with ya old school.

Yes it really was. I always carry an ultra lite rod with an assortment of Mepps Aglia spinners and when in that part of my sales territory in North GA/Southern TN I try and drop a line with waders. Caught most of these on a Mepps #5 white spinner, and the Brown hit an old black #2 with a silver spinner. I have many of these #2's still left from when my Grandfather had a box full of them back in the day and got them from him when he passed back in 1997. We caught and I have continued to catch plenty of largemouth and smallmouth bass on the same bait. Fish don't change much and neither do the classics.
