Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
Sure to please....so easy...

About 4lb fairly lean pork shoulder, or pork butt, small red onion, salt and pepper, barbecue sauce, 12 ounce or so, orange marmalade jelly.

Remove obvious excess fat.

Liberally salt and pepper the meat both sides.

Place in crockpot, liberally cover with bbq sauce and onion slices.

Set crock pot on low, cook overnite 9, 10, 11 hours (doesn't matter much)

Next morning, remove pork, should be falling apart, pour out and discard juice.

Put just the jelly and equal amount of favorite bbq sauce in crockpot, stir.
Turn crockpot up to "high".

After about 30 minutes stir, add all the pork, stir it and reduce to "low".

30 minutes to an hour later, ENJOY.....

An interesting recipe. Suitable for winter when it is not possible to light a grill outside due to the weather. Moreover, it is satisfying - just in case of cold weather, when you want something hot and nutritious.
