I wonder how long it will take to re-build? I couldn't imagine the traffic around there now its gone. very lucky it happened when it did. I read that the port of Baltimore had 850,000 vehicles come in in 2023

I'm so sick of the conspiracy bullshit on everything that happens.

Can you imagine living your life, thinking everything is a conspiracy? Even though 99% of the shit you trot out gets shoved back at you, you still think it's all "dark forces" pulling all the strings? What a miserable way to live.

I was arguing with a couple dildos in comments yesterday. Might have been one of our stooges from here for the way it went. I'm a sheep. I'll fall for anything "they" feed me......the usual shit.

A few years back i was in a group investigating collision of cruise ship and harbor wharf. Forces caused by a large ship in collision are insane even if the ship was just floating. Wrist thick rebars were like al dente spaghetti inside concrete wharf.

And no i didn't mean that was sabotage/intended collision. We just have had a few of intentional incidents at the Baltic sea area lately.

Certainly there will always be nefarious acts happening. But, when you have a growing sector of society that thinks every incident is "set in motion" by bad actors, until you prove it's not..... (And a large section of those people can't accept any other findings that clash with their conspiracy theories. )

"The researchers found that overall, people were motivated to believe in conspiracy theories by a need to understand and feel safe in their environment and a need to feel like the community they identify with is superior to others."

Gee...that sounds very similar to Organized Religion😲

Perhaps oldmansrt can clear that up?
