I would like to see Phil & Tiger make the cut, then paired together for the weekend. I am pulling for Max Homa :smilies8

How did they determine the final twosome today with a 3 way tie?

Okay, I don't understand why Scheffler isn't in the last group.

Between Green Bay and Iowa City
I think the easiest way to visualize it, and express it, is that for tee times the following day, the first person to post a given score (Homa at -6) is in 1st, the second person to post that score (DeChambeau at -6) is in 2nd, and the third person to post that score (Scheffler at -6) is in 3rd, and the same hierarchy applies among all the golfers posting Even, or +4, or any other score.

However, for PGA Tour events at least, I believe there is one additional nuance. If golfers posting the same score at the end of the day played together, then those golfers retain the same position status vis-a-vis each other on the following day that they started the day with, and it does not matter which of those golfers holed out first, or signed their scorecard first.

Then he makes birdie from, what, about 130 yards out?

I thought today was great golf TV. I was glued in all day.

What do you want, Eric? These greens are tough.

They putted better in 35mph winds yesterday! You expect a miss here or there, but these guys took turns pissing away shot after shot.

I only saw the last hour and a half, but it was bad.

Watching Scheffler's poise after holes 10 and 11 was worth the time invested.

I loved it but you know why. I guess that's what it is but I really enjoyed the whole day.

The eagle putt was amazing.

Dechambeau was about to blow his top until that last shot. That keeps him in the hunt, a double bogey he was dead.
