Sports Pick Pay Services

I do not think they are ligit, but curious what others thoughts might be on using pay services for picks.

The one that called me was

Guy calls me, how he got my number, who knows, but anyway they talk about the this Casey Maloni, the guy that gives them there picks, and he is a numbers maker for a casino, blah, blah, blah...

Documneted last year number of winners was close to 70% according to the guy on the phone.

normally $500 a week for picks, they will let me try them out for 2 weeks, just to see, for $250.

Well since football season has started i bet you i have got at least one call a day for 3 straight weeks wanting me to check out there service. They give you a pick and if it loses you wont hear from them till a month later. When they give you a pick that wins they are calling you first thing after lunch wanting you to sign up. Most of them say they play one game a nite and maybe 2 on Saturdays. When my phone rings and its a phone # i dont know i wont answer the phone so they leave a message which i never call back. And especially if my caller ID says the number is blocked i will NOT answer the phone neither. You think they would quit calling after about a week but i be damn if they dont call every freakin day.

As to how they get your number is probably when you sign up for a sportsbook they require a phone # and that number is probably passeda round or sold to these services..

Most pay services are bad so i would stay away if i was you.. My 2 cents..

If i get bashed so be it, but first a service should not call you i don't and would not if you want a service you write them and they can give you their number and you can call them and the 500 a week come on and they will let you try it out for 250 if they really win and want to give you a test run then they should do it for free a few days maybe a week and if they win you might join and if you don't so what it is good business to work with clients and at no time should you get a call that is a red flag right there then the deal is flag number two i know i am honest and i don't know who called you but i will give you 99 to 1 they are far from it, then you join and next thing you know they will say here are games but we have solid info on this game not on your plan but it is a big play it will only cost you 200 more to get this game = what we already have for you send us the money and call back about 20 mins before game time and we will have all the info ready to go this is a can't miss play. it is sad for some of the good ones out there and they are there you have 40 more to 1 that are scammers and you are on a burn list or called a 800 score phone never do that or a shit book which none from this site would do it but some do they give out clients numbers and tell them who to give their clients or the old 50/50 this is coming from someone who has had one or been with one for a long time stay far far away from anyone that calls. if people want to take shots at me now fine but i know what i am talking about and not trying to drum up business. just stay far away from them and do not take the offer you will get burnt i promise you on that. then they will just pass your name down to the other marketers they have under a different company name but still owed by same business i won't post the names but those are the worst and that is how they work , they could care shit about if you win or not they won't even watch the game or feel bad if they lose you hard earned money + what you paid they will just laugh and keep burning people.

this is coming as a friend not as a business plug.
please don't even hear them out just say no thanks got to go and hang up if they call back ask for a number so you can call them you want to think about it and report them these type of scams need to be stopped everyone is not a heartless consulting firm.

good luck just wanted to let you know it is a set up might not happen first week but they will try to bleed you dry slow but they just want your cash and nothing else.

Well said Fletcher, your opinion and honesty is appreciated. I can speak from personal experience that I've gotten tons of those stupid calls. Now, I hear the ads on the radio for the Feists, Coken's, Feiners, all those jerkoffs, and I just laugh with promises of 70-80% winners, and lock of the years, there are NONE. Fletcher, it is a shame that people have a stigma against services b/c of the bad apples, but there are some honest guys. I personally dont believe in paying for picks, i feel I can do well enough on my own and Ill take my chances, but I think if someone cant or wont put in the time to handicap well they should either not bet, or buy picks from someone good. If they're calling you, you know its a scam thats exactly right. its a shame theres no regulation either, but as they say, it's supply and demand, if there weren't morons and suckers buying these clowns phony and bogus claims, there'd be no business for these guys. Anyway, thats my .02, just thought Id add to it, thanks for posting fletcher also, you are one of the people I have respect for cappers ability on this site, its just too bad the good ones seem to leave to try and have their own service, but business is business

if your talking about my add i pay just as much as the books on this site and i also post good plays for the most part everyday they might not win all the time but they are plays i made myself, i have never once quit posting and like i said i was in the business long before i posted here and never once said one word and i still give the tips i get from good sources anytime i get one. and i even give out late service plays at times last week ncaa night games and baseball 4 days and i think they all one now the sunday extra was a bust but you have a right to what you think but i am not getting a free ride if that is what you think.

the kind that called you, Kane, is a scam liar. fletcher is right, they should never call you, no better than a telemarketer peddling baubles. Seems like that should be illegal now with all the telemarketing laws, right?

Anyway, I would say that 95% are scammers and 5% know what they are doing. I've only met a few guys that are legit and actually bet (like fletcher), the others are glorified telemarketing pitchmen who don't bet.

my bad steve you caught me off gaurd because we always had a good realtionship thanks for post, i think jack was talking about the services that try to sneak in a spam he gets tons of thenm during fb and the slept through and ie and him get on it as quick as the can, i seen how much goes on on a fb weekend and jack and ie are just loaded down it is unreal the work that they do on the weekend alone from about fri till monday they are up one of them watching for the ones that get in honest then spam it it a endless job for both of them and the reason the people try to sneank in they know the traffic but what they don't know is this board has the most over all sports smarts then anyplace they look for prey but won't find it here , anysport that has a line from soccer, afl, auto racing all types cricket to american sports there are people here that know what they are doing and that is what i think he ment not putting words in his mouth but i do know how hard him and ie work all week and the weekend during fb is more then i would ever want to take on like they do to make it run smooth which it does for the most part, with this many people it is overwellming at times then you have the tech and business part of it that goes on all week. then the stats and info ie puts up it is a very big job.

As far a MadJacks site, gotta lot of love for it. The best sports capping forumn board. It has helped me and made me a better capper. This year I am trying to give some back by throwing my slants in on the NFL.

Dont know if this will help anyone or not, I have maybe a dozen outs and always sign up with areacode-555-1212 as my phone number. In three years I think I have gotten one call from one of these services and it was after signing up for a free newsletter where I mistakenly put my real number.

"service(s)" do not advertise on this site. fletcher is a personal friend that i gave the exclusive to a long time ago because i KNOW he's honest and won't rip anybody off. i gave him the exclusive because i didn't want any other services advertising on madjacks. i turn them down all the time. AND, he pays for it and just as much as most of the sportsbooks. most services wouldn't be able to afford advertising here anyway.

just so you know.

the main idea about madjacks IS working together WITHOUT the use of services.

i can't control what people do with their lives and/or business ventures after they get hot and become popular after posting winners here.

hell, this forum might be the only one out there that won't even let a service mention their business/website on the forum. it gets edited out everytime and most get banned from posting here.
