server and site problems

we have upgraded our servers to handle the recent surge in traffic, especially for saturday and sunday.

we are having problems in some areas of the site. please report any problems you run into so we can get working to get the site back to where it was.

Having problems accessing the College Football forum, says that a error has occurred and a email will be sent to the system administrator. It also says to try to refresh the page but it doesnt do anyhting.

I noticed yesterday that there were a few posts in threads that were missing. Not sure if some posts made at a certain time were deleted or if that was on purpose. Thanks.

it took about 4 hours to move the site to the new server. posts made during that time were probably lost. i should have closed the forum before the move to avoid that but wasn't thinking.

then, we lost the whole day of posts in the ncaa football forum but i recovered those this morning.

I can't come directly into this forum. When I get her the screen just hangs. It won't open up. I have to go to General and then General Discussion to get in here. Same problem the last time I came in here, about five hours ago.

I have noticed that we havent got credit for posts being made.

I just got to my 1000th post last weekend but i made a post last nite and it says it was my 619th post. Anyone notice this??

i just saw the amount of post it has been cut in half i was coming up on 8600 and shows me at 4200 would not of looked till it was brought up.

Can you recover the posts that were made in the golf contest forum during those four hours? I noticed that my entry was missing when I tabulated the entries after the deadline and don't how many others have had their entries deleted

Not that I'm a big poster, but my number of posts went from 1300 down to 800. No big deal, but you asked for feedback. Also, the site speed seemed much quicker today during crunch time. Thanks for the upgrade.

Jack, I was in the NFL forum this afternoon. I left and came back a couple hours later and a lot of posts had vanished. There is a post at 12:02 this am, then 1 each at 3:59,6:32,9:56,11:20,12:27 then it skips to 4:27 in the PM, Now I know there must have been more posts this AM than what it shows, plus where are all post between 12:27 and 4:27?
