Yeah, cooz. This season has been really fawked in the early going. When you see people like Chenks and Horns struggle, you know something's up. Kinda reminds me of the baseball season where even studs like MadJack was getting hammered. I feel incredibly fortunate to be up at this point.

As far as I know, Forsberg is sitting out, while Gaborik will be making his season debut, and the Wild camp reported that he has looked very good during practice.

The Detroit line looks a little stinky, but not really, if you look at a few things. Calgary has had a lot of success vs Det on their home ice, something like 8-2 L10. I didn't think losing Hatcher will be too big of a deal, since they didn't have him last yr anyways, and they still have studs like Chelios, Dandenault, Lids, Schneider, Woolley, Fischer (who could all be 1st liners on some other teams) but apparently I was dead wrong. Det will be in not only a 3/4 spot, but also 4/6, and 5/7. Calgary hasn't played since Saturday, and Stevie Y will probably not play tonite, since he played last nite. McClennon also has been very good in goal replacing Turek. So there's a lot of things in favor of Calgary. But like I said earlier, I don't wanna make the play, just have to because that's what my sytem has. Probably the smart thing to do is to lay off, but I'm too stubborn, LOL.

Poo......Taylor's fawking high if he trades either Frolov or Grebeshkov for Comrie, and Lowe is fawking high if he thinks he's gonna get either of them unless he packages Comrie with someone else. Frolov is a budding star in the making, IMO, and in a couple of years he gonna be better than Comrie. Grebeshkov should be a permanent fixture on the Kings D for year to come.

Groovey......thanks for the heads-up. Stats like that don't really bother me, though, since I don't expect the Quacks to continue at that pace. I tend to look at stats over a span of about 3 yrs, not a month, so if the Quacks have similar stats like the ones you put up, then I'd be VERY concerned. I hope not, though. Plus the Quacks have been playing better as a team, IMO. They'll be facing Johnson tonite, which is good news for the Quacks, with OsBad being so OsHot lately.
