Credit Card Deposits to Sportsbooks

For those that don't know, you can go to www.westernunion.com and use your credit card there to send money to your book.

I just sent money to partypoker using this method and my credit card was rejected through partypoker site. Most books will pick up the fee.

When you do this with your credit card does it count as a cash advance?
