Just wanted to let you know that there is a way to get a phone number for a site, even if its is down:
You go to google.com and type in this:
site:mvpsportsbook.com phone 888
You can switch the mvpsportsbook.com for whatever site that you have and the number as 800 or 888. It does not matter that the site is down, you will still get a listing of all pages because they are cached.
If you are unable to log into a site and when you call they tell you there is a minimum of a dime bet or whatever, you let them know that it should be waved when the site is down and you will take your business elsewhere.
