While in Curacao, I heard from a very good source (NOT Sting) that some CARIB offshore bank accounts were indeed seized by US GOV (bastards). I also heard that they still have other accounts not seized and a lot of cash in the US to help keep things running smoothly.

As a precaution, I would take money out of there until we hear different. GET OUT!

On the positive side, I made a Neteller withdrawal at 7:05 this morning and the money was in my Neteller account in 9 minutes.

Just get your money out while you can because you can always go back when and if everything gets back to normal.

Their banners have been removed from madjacksports until I am convinced they are safe to play with once again.

CARIB isn't in Curacao but I believe the banks that the accounts
were seized are in Belize where CARIB operates although rumors have it that they're having problems because a lot of their operations are out of the USA.

I got my information from a payment processor and confirmed the same with some sportsbook owners.

Some say that they will pull out of this and, like I said above, I didn't have any trouble withdrawling funds this morning. It went very quickly and smoothly just like normal.

On the course!
I just sent them $7,500

I figure they might need it with the rush of people making withdrawls, and I would eventually lose it anyway.

I told the guy on the phone I was sending it WU, and he told me, "Send it to **** *******"

I said, "Great! Are you ready for my account number?"

He said, "That doesn't matter."

Internet gambling company has funds frozen

The Belize Government today froze the bank accounts of an Internet gambling operation based at the Data Pro compound near the Burrell Boom cut-off. According to the head of the Financial Intelligence Unit, Keith Arnold, under the terms of a treaty between Belize and the United States of America, the U.S. Department of Justice asked Belize to freeze the funds of Carib Sports Book and Casino Ltd. and related entities, due to what it claims is strong evidence that the company and its principals are engaged in money laundering. After examining evidence provided by the U.S. agency, Arnold, acting under recently amended local legislation, placed a temporary freeze on the company's offshore accounts at Atlantic International and Provident Bank as well as its local account at Alliance Bank. A hearing in the Supreme Court will be held Friday to determine if the freeze should be continued beyond three days. Employees of Fulton Data, one of the affected companies, called News 5 this afternoon to complain that the move would put what they claimed are eighty Belizean employees out of work. When we asked to speak to one of the company's principals to ask about the nature of the alleged illegal activities, we were informed that would not be possible. According to Keith Arnold, the freeze would not prevent the company from bringing in funds from abroad to meet its payroll.

"What's Next For Carib Sports
The money held in the troubled Belize based sportsbook has been unfroze by Provident Bank out of Belize City, but another hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday. The U.S. Government has pressured Belize to freeze all of Carib's accounts due to a current investigation into the owners alleged money laundering activities. XXXXX has also learned that WWTS former owner Bill Scott had a personal account in Ireland with nearly $7 million dollars seized on Thursday. Scott is also under investigation for alleged money laundering sources revealed."
