I hate to say it but you are a pretty trusting person to paypal that kind of money to someone with 30 posts at MJs. It's not like it was a regular who MJ knows or something. Hope you get you baseball.

DOn't know what they can do about it, but if it was unclaimed by the seller you can still stop the transaction..
Heck if not, expose the person on here, and maybe a someone inthe Illinios state can make a visit. I know I would do it for yah if I lived there!

Well thanks for all the responses guys ! I made a complaint on paypal and have left him 3 voicemails and about 6 emails...
I know paypal wont do shit but my credit card company will.
I have his cell and its just goes to voicemail...

you should ontact your State's Attorney General. I know the one in this State nearly salivates at tackling online con games!!!

if it's seth allen frank he's done this shit before and he's the guy that screwed btj over and tried to extort money from olympic. he even went to other books claiming to be my partner. his other username was/is LP7SLIP.
