A few words about BetJamaica

Hey guys.....

Been a member for a while and love the input everyone brings to the table. Just wanted to give out some props when I thing props are due. In this case, BetJamaica.com deserves them. The folks that you talk to on the phone are always 100% helpful and are always very knowledgable of what is going on. In a world where customer service seems to be a lost art, these people have mastered it. I really can't say enough about the effort these people put into being nice and genuinely helpful. They definitely get a 5 ***** rating from me.

it's good to hear some good things about a book for a change, but am not surprised since they are affiliated with olympic.

I just know I'd like to hear more of the "good" things about books rather than constantly bashing. I've been a very loyal customer with betjamaica. If anyone out there has a book that they refuse to stray from...I'd love to hear it.
