I'll be closing on my home at the end of the month and would like some thoughts on the interior for my house...I've already took pictures of the model home's in my area to get a feel, but could use some more ideas...thanks in advance fellas

i'm an investor is rental properties. the last few houses that i bought were built in a planned community.
on these homes i wanted to have a house that i would live in but at the same time not have the price get out of hand.
my object was to rent the houses to tenants who would love it so much that they would buy them from me.
so far, i'm 2 for 2 on building houses where tenants have bought my houses.
now that i have gotten this out of the way, what specifically do you want ?
are you talking about the upgrades that you can choose from the builder ?
or are you talking about decorating the house ?
i or my wife may be able to help you, if you would like at no cost.
or may be able to steer you in the right direction.
you can either get my e-mail from jack (just let me know because i don't open e-mails unless i know who it's from) if you don't want to clutter the board.
or you can just put the info in this thread.

I'm just talking about the interior...The outside is already landscaped to my satisfaction. The spec home I bought had an open model home just like it, but I wanted a different look from what it appears inside since "model" homes are usually decked out "top of the line" anyway. Yours/ your wife's ideas would be of some help to me...How would I get your email through Jack?
