Last week I released my biggest play ytd with Wisconsin as a 20 unit play; I ended up playing that larger than the 20 units I posted for most of my plays are 1 unit to 3 units each. Well lets get this week started off strong.

Oklahoma -27 1/2 (bought down 1/2 pt) 35 Units
Played this right when it came out. I expected a line around 27 to 27 1/2 but will take it at 28 and buy it down 1/2 point. Played A&M last week as I thought OU was in a bad spot for the cover but this week is a completely different story. Have won big betting against OU last 3 years at home as they have been great at covering at the the half at home but horrible covering the entire game as stoops gets a lead and grinds out the win. However we all know Stoops has changed his agenda this year knowing that his last 2 games will be heavily scrutinized. I do not buy into the whole they need to win big to impress pollsters however this is a unique situation as if OU does not impress and Auburn wins big OU could still win out and drop in the polls so I expect a huge effort against Neb. OU actually comes into this game with revenge and I ususually dont buy into that but just look back at the history of teams that Stoops loses to and their rematch. OU generallly blows them out and definitely cover (This year against Kstate they did not cover but that was on the road). Everyone wants to talk about OU's pass defense however people seem to forget in the 2nd half against A&M; after taking out Bassey OU's only points given up was a fake field goal. Either way Neb cant exploit that so that weakness is negligible. If you look at the 2 good teams Neb has faced this year on the road Tech 70-10 and Kstate 45-21; in the Tech game they gave up 451 passing yards in the Kstate they gave up 294 rushing yards and in the Iowa State game they gave up 354 yards passing. What does that tell me?? Either White or Peterson and probably both will have HUGE games. Also on top of that if OU wins they win the Big XII south (Bob stoops number one goal at the start of the season) and its Senior Day and its a NIGHT GAME. Nebraska coming off a horriblle loss to Iowa State and OU in a perfect spot with too many reasons to play. This has absolute ROUT written all over it. I am saying this now OU wins the game by 8 touthdowns and I may be being nice here.
Should add a few more plays. Good luck on your plays!!!

gl bbk, good call on wisky too ... might parlay it with my fave pick Minny, tho I read in Minny papers that there's a lil dissension ... but Iowa has struggled on rd scoring and Minny has given up 8 ppg at home last 3 ... Minny also already had bowl cinched, tho only has 5 D1 wins i think ...

take care

no real opinion on the play, but you are absolutely right -- this is exactly the kind of game oklahoma could win in an absolute blowout. the situation sets up nicely for you

Good luck BBK and I really like the fact that OU needs to win big to stay ahead of AU or maybe try and take over USC for 1st place. Plus Stoops doesn't have class and will keep White and starters in to keep scoring. You gotta love that if you take OU -27.5. I sincerely wish you luck on the play!

Dont understand what you mean by stoops has no class I have won alot of money betting on stoops because I know especially at home when he gets a lead he sits on it and doesnt run up the score; if you are talking about the kansas game; stoops even said before the game that he may have to alter some his decisions later in the games due to the pollsters. I have watched and won on countless OU games where Stoops just sits on the game once he has a lead so to sit there and say he has no class is ridiculous. Please post what games he ran the score up so I can understand what you are talking about or didnt pull his starters. I would definitely like to see this. Please post the exact games so you can back up what you are saying and I hope he keeps his starters but it wont matter I will cover this game by halftime.

Going to the game this week and as a Nebraska fan I'm not expecting too much joy come the final snap. Think OU will also be close to covering by the half and will do enough to cover in the second. GL with the play!

Adding

USC -34 1/2
Taking alot of wood this week; this is more of a play against Zona as I believe Zona will not score in this game; Zona defense should give USC fits but the problem is Zona has absolutely no offense whatsover. I understand Notre Dame is up next but Zona is so inept USC should be able to cover this on big plays alone. I am sure USC will want to atone for almost getting beat by a horrible Oreg State team so I actually expect a big effort from them especially the offense. I expect USC to score at least 45 in this game which should give them a 10 pt over.

Scott please do not post anything in my threads regardless of whatever you would post. I will not post in yours. Madjack said to stop it and I dont want you starting anything in my thread.
Thanks in advance

Adding Wisconsin -7 (bought it down 1 pt)
I will continue to play on Wisky as without Stanton; Mich state is not the same team evidenced in last weeks loss to Ohio State and now the Wisky qb Stocco is now getting it done which is a bonus. I won last with m biggest bet ytd a twenty unit play on Wisconsin and will continue to ride the wave. I dont like playing td favs on the road in the big ten but think this is a good spot and number for the badgers and should cover this by at least a td to ten points. Wisky will continue to show with its defense and running game they deserve a shot at the nc; I would love to see a full strength Wisky defense against any any of the other top 3 teams; they remind me alot of ohio state when they won the nc.
Good luck on your other plays
Still looking at Georgia seems like alot of points

Agree 100%. I would love to see them play OU or Auburn, but I have a feeling we'll have to settle for Wisconsin vs California in the Rose Bowl (which could be pretty interesting as well)

Best of luck on your big plays, I think OU and USC will put a lot of points on the board this weekend.

Sorry guys but I am making USC a no play for me; the more I have looked at this game the more I believe Zona will stay within the number. I think Zona has played better offenses already this year and they have played hard and kept the points down and should be able to stay within the number.
I will add 2 to 3 more plays before Saturday
Good luck

Thanks Franky; as long as he just stays out of my threads I will stay out of his. Starting to look at OSU laying the points to Baylor have made alot of money betting against Baylor and think this is a good spot for OSU.

Adding Ok State -25 1/2
Dr Freeze on Ok State did the trick; I have looking into this game since last thursday I just havent been able to pull the trigger on it. Even after the big loss I think OK state at home on senior day against baylor who is dead last in the big XII in rush defense; I cant see OK state not taking them to the woodshed. OK should score at will. I am also taking OK state in the 1st half so this will be 2 plays for me. OK state minus 16 1/2 in the 1st half
This game will be over by halftime. Its time to lay some chalk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GL to ALL!!

I still like the play at 30 however better value at under 28; you should be able to find it for 29 and buy it down. I dont think this game will be close. I will be playing the 1st half as a play also. Good luck this weekend
