Adding Utep -16 1/2 (15 units)
This is a perfect spot for Utep as they have had 2 weeks to prepare and take on a Rice team that has lost 4 in a row and just got throttled by Fres State. Even more demoralizing in that game is they actually outgained Fresno by over 100 yards but turnovers did them again. Remember Utep beat Fresno at Fresno. I expect this game will get ugly quick as people still have not catched on how improved Utep is as they are a covering machine this year. I will lay the chalk again as the Miners take the Owls to coal mines for a beating.
