An ofer for me yesterday (0-2), losing Toronto by a 1/2 point, and Orlando petering out in LA.

A threefer to start the week...

Cavs+4 Back on the Cavs wagon after playing limited D in the SA game. I think they can hang here in Memphis, if not win straight up.

Suns -8 Tried not to be so hard on Orlando for screwing me last night, but I really think this is a team that is getting wiery being out west for awhile and the Suns are not a team you want to play tired.

Clips -3 (double play) Boston coming off a big win against Seattle when it seemed no one could beat them. But Clips lost a toughie vs. the Lakers without Brand, and I think they come out smoking tonight, especially Brand. Boston is another team that has been on the road for awhile.

Try to right the ship and will do so by being a little more choosy with the plays, and buying half points whenever I have the chance.

Good luck all..

Nice kick in the nutz by the Clips prevented a very nice night. Sometimes these game defy logic. Anyway, I still like these tonight...

Bobcats under 177-
The only chance NO has is to play D. I can't see NO scoring more than 80 which means the Cats would need 98 to go over this total. I'll go with the odds they won't.

Sac under 200
Stoyo is questionable and I like going under while a team is adjusting to a scorer being out. Plus, no one else seems to be shooting that well for Sac, and Bobby Jackson is a better defender than Stoyo. I see Sac sleepwalking in this one.

Utah -4
I owe the Clips but they usually struggle in Utah even without going double OT the night before.

Utah under 188-
Some say tired legs mean more points. In this case, I'm thinking the opposite. I see a grind out game that fits into Utah's style. Would normally bump this one up as I like it a lot, but need to work out the kinks before posting too many more doubles.

Seattle over 198-
Run, run, run. Kobe didn't shoot very well last game and usually enjoys running up and down the court vs. Allen. Plus, Seattle coming off a season low 80 points?!! Fire in the hole! Wonder if Kobe left his wife at home?

Good luck all...

Unicorn, good luck. The thing that scares me about totals is these sorry NBA refs. If they start calling ticky-tack crap suddenly 2 inept offenses are parading to the free throw line and racking up the points. Wonder if there are any databases on these refs and how THEY perform against the Over/Unders. To me that would be a huge factor in capping the totals.

Unlucky break with NO going OT tied at 86, but got a break from Webber hitting a 30 footer preventing OT at Milwaukee, although not sure they would of broke 200 with OT. 3-2 night.

4 for tonight...

Under Denver 200-
Think Boston might be a little slow from their west coast swing, and coming off of double OT with the Clips. Denver ran last night and out of gas in the 4th. I see the same tonight.

Toronto +7
Minny coming off of a win against Portland, Toronto has been bruding since Sunday's blown game against Miami. Hoping for a Minny sleepwalk, which usually happen after a Minny cover.

NO under 178 (Deuce-changing the name of double plays, no I'm not superstitious)
Real simple. NO went OT and over the number yesterday. Plus, Golden State ran like bats out of hell last night with Dallas, and now play the boring Hornets. Throw in Bourbon Street, and you have a solid under.

Detroit -3
Just think NY doesn't match up well at all with the Pistons. Sheed should be healthier and it's time for the Pistons to make a run.

Well, still trying to figure out how NO and GS scored 103 points in the 2nd half. Some have made the comments that NO can now score. I guess they're right, as I didn't see it. Detroit doesn't play until the 2nd half, but Denver squeaks under.

Not liking too much today other than possibly the Lakers +. Going to wait a bit though as I just saw something about a player from both teams being out. Everyone like the Bulls but no thanks.

I'll be back if I still like LA. Not playing the other games.
