*full service moving companies* for example.

for right now, is anyone familiar with UG (we buy ugly houses) or NOAGENT???

any idea the % of value they offer for a 2 week cash offer closing??

I think we have a guy on here who owns a moving company . the mover I think he said when talking to him that he did ,it's been about a year since we spoke I could be wrong but think he does, if so he could help out with questions. and I know there are people about 6 or 7 on here in reality business that post all the time.

With as much as he owed you in back child support, I wouldn't think he would have any ground to stand on. Its people like him that give other dads a bad name!!!!! Glad to hear things are working out for you.

geez, i'm moving 500 miles and it's only 3400. north american van lines. you better start thinking about packing yourself. that must be the difference. :scared

saw the title thought someone won the lottery. the best way to move is to rent a moving truck, have done many moves for people over 400 miles. sometimes it takes 3-5 trips but still worth it.

should wrap a get ready as much as possible then the mover will charge you much less. also you could probably move the smaller stuff yourself.

10K can buy a lot of pizza and beer. :)
if it is a move from hell you also have to take the people that helped to a good restaurant.

thanks

10$ an hour and an extra 25$ and a bag of tortillas if they dont break anything

box the stuff yourself and let them do the lifting

Does your house need a lot of work? UG is going to give you a low-ball offer. Give some details about the condition and the situation. I'd hate to see you not make as much as possible selling your place. Even if it needs a ton of work, you would be better off selling it directly to a rehabber from the Twin Cities Real Estate Investors Club, as opposed to selling it to UG. Most rehabbers have cash for a fast closing.
