Guilty-er than guilty. In my 15 seconds of fame, I actually was interviewed by ABC Nightline and said so on national TV. No one went, but 5 or 6 people out of that fiasco should have been in jail, including Ito & Cochran. Both were a disgrace to the legal system & this country. A question I have always had: Why didn't they charge him with a number of other things as a small backup? Small as they may be, couldn't they have gotten him for fleeing police in the Bronco? And resisting arrest without violence? Etc.
