I have just witnessed one of THE BEST displays of long range shooting within a stretch of a few minutes. The long range bomb from the moon with less than 2 minutes to go in the 1H, and the shot just before the half were just unbelievable!

i somehow think scoring 38 vs a guard oriented wake team might be as good as his game vs a mediocre org st team

hey, the guy finally had a good game

but also got 15 ft attempts and still didn't shoot the % that salim did today.....but i guess numbers will never matter for jj and duke lovers.

wait, i thought the acc played the best defense in the country.......190 points in that game?????

i believe zona got a taste of wake's defense at home losing to them 63-60. this was the same beaver team that lost to those powerhouses ecu and georgia and has 10 loses in the conference?

az lost to wake in msg
and 63-60.. what's your point?? i'd say wake then also got a taste of pac-10 defense.

game was in nov when all our games were in the 50's-60's ...totally different teams now and if they played again the score would be in the 80's

just dont see the defense in the acc that eerybody harps about with regard to redicks shooting %...in fact, he shoots better in conf play than he did outside of conf play.....WHEN DUKE PLAYED NOBODY.....what does that say????

ACC refs call too many fouls, thats the main reason why the teams score so many points. Every game i watch, especially duke, the teams are in the bonus with at least 10 minutes.
ACC refs need to officiate like big ten & big east do.
Let the players determine the outcome, not gay reddick shooting those automatic foul shots.

if you think acc refs call too many fouls (and they do call alot)....try watching a pac-10 game.

It's like the nba, the refs are the stars and the whistles blow early and often especially if you get within 5 feet of a player.

I can't watch pac 10 basketball this year. They better not get more than 2 teams in. stanford and ucla should not get in. Wichita st. so.ill, miami ohio and wis mil are more deserving.

ever wonder why most teams want to be sent out west? even women teams know it is an easier road for them. one other factor to consider is that redick plays over 37 minutes per game and usually has to play some tough man defense for his coach. i have never seen this phenom from zona play because he is never on tv here but may have to now. i just assumed he didn't play much defense and got alot of open looks at the basket. i have never said redick was the better shooter. i am glad he will be at duke for 4 yrs and hope he has a better point guard in paulus to get the ball next year. trust me i will rooting for luke if he plays unc in ncaa's.

Redick, even though i hate him and his team with a passion, is a better shooter and player than Stoudamire...Stoudamire's stats are a result of playing a soft schedule...Redick is going into tough arenas every night and putting up great numbers and his shot is so much more smoother and better looking than salim's

get sent out west because its an easier road? that is ridiculous. first geography is essentially irrelevant - at most it means if there is a western 1 seed they are out west. a bigger reason is every year there are games in North Carolina and who wants to face Duke or UNC or Wake in essentially home games? or Mich St in Detroit or Illinois in Chicago or Kansas in KC? Out west there are never home teams - it is always in Boise and Albequerque or Denver
