When I take my mouse arrow and point it at a thread
The pop up thing comes up and stays for about 9 seconds. Its not enough time to read the short content. It would be help to
have it at 15 seconds or off entirely.

scott, mine stays as long as the cursor stays still. but, sometimes it doesn't. hell, sometimes it doesn't work at all. i gave up on figuring that out. click the damn thread and read it
