That's Hank Runge (from Runge's Mortuary) I think he's upper 30's, so you are right close to the same age. I know he went to Sudlow for Jr. High, so likely Central High. (and when he was the kid of the family, he may have gone by Henry... i think he's III and his son who is on the team is IV)
