hiya darlin' ....

1.5 weeks past due date for your dads hat, i finally made it across the river to the sporting goods store again today (since i hadn't heard from them) ..... and they GUARANTEED me it would be here within a week....

so if it isn't here, would you come kick their butts please ;)

tell your dad it's still on its way as soon as i get my hands on it.

(was a very costly visit to that store today, too.....LMAO . ........ new bat for the boy child was 199.99) told his ass if it didn't get at least 10 homeruns in 10 games i was taking it out of his allowance ;)

Let me guess...The 200 bucks was spent on an Easton Stealth. Seems like every good little leaguer from age 9 and up wants one. Saw tons of them at the LL World Series.

nope, don't see any lips.....LOL

and rrc.. little league and sponsors provide the bats at the LLWS, they don't have to use their own bats.

that link shows the price at 259.99 for the size that he got...where i bought it, the 32 incher was still considered a kids bat and was $60 cheaper than here (guess that's a bit of good news) :(

and LMAO Jack... i don't seem to have much luck in ordering hats, do i?? (i just paid you off with a ravens one BEFORE i owed it to you ;) )

Mama...I know your son is a pretty big kid,but no way should he be using a bat with a 3 oz drop. For example 32inch 29 oz is way too big for a ten yr old. What size did you get him?

rrc, his is 32 in... but it's only 24 oz.... (guess that's what puts it into kid sizes.... (and remember, he's 5'3" and over 120, there are high school kids around here smaller than he is)

Ok an eight drop (the diff between the inches and ounces). That's cool for a bigger kid.

Plus he's going to use it for more than one year. gl

On the link for the bat in the specs it says the barrel is 2 5/8 inches. If his bat is like that it will be considered a "big barrel". In Little League a barrel can only be 2 1/4 inches. Before you have him hit with it, make sure you check out the size.

I might have "saved" you $200 for the time being. :)
