fed ex payouts from bet royal .......

would have to think some/many have gotten fed ex payouts from bet royal. can someone tell me how long it usually takes for the check to arrive? their website (and their customer service reps on live chat) are incredibly ambiguous.

the withdrawal section of the website says it takes 3-7 working days for the check to arrive. not only is that really vague, its downright stupid for a cashiers check to take 3-7 working days when books like bet jamaica and olympic have fed ex checks in 28-42 hours.

to pay $40 for a cashiers check to arrive in 3-7 working days is a flat out joke. normally i stick with western union from these books.

anyone have any royal info on how long these checks actually do take?

i really like their book and their lines. but these kinds of things annoy the shit out of me, along with the runaround from customer service reps

i only use neteller so couldn't tell you. did you get a tracking number?

im in the process of requesting the withdrawal today. thier accounting department opens soon. i was just really taken aback when i saw 3-7 days for a freakin fed ex check that youre actually paying 40 bucks for. thats preposterous. every big name book delivers courier checks in 24-48 hours, or 72 hrs tops. not 3-7 days. according to their site, you can obtain a tracking number after 3 days. shit, after 3 days, it should be HERE already, ya know? maybe neteller is best

I know they are a sponsor BUT

their service is mediocre AT BEST and their payouts are much much longer than the top 20% books

I won't play there anymore because of the aggravating wait on the payouts and poor service.

yep takes forever but then again I'm in the middle of nowhere I use neteller for everything anymore it's a matter of minutes
