They have the most unprofessional and dumbest customer service i have ever dealt with. I was told I would receive my bonus through email now they are changing their mind. After I spend 45 minutes on hold earlier today on the phone trying to talk to a manager they tell me a manager wasnt on duty. Now I get an email telling me they made a mistake and I wont be getting my bonus. Its not the money its just the principle. Here is a copy of the email just so everyone can see how these assholes operate.

without question, jack has a ton of good sponsors here. but noble is such a joke. as you said, their customer service is ass backward. i actually went out of my way to refer my cousin to the site. he signed up and made a deposit. and they closed MY account without even notifying me. i emailed them wondering why my password didnt work anymore and they said they had two accounts on file with the same last name. nevermind that every other bit of information is completely different. and i was trying to BRING them business. if anything, i could maybe see closing the account of the "new" sign-up, saying that there is already a member with that name. but even that would be pushing it. but to close the account of someone who is trying to bring them more business? might the funniest/saddest thing ive ever seen from a sportsbook/poker site in my years betting online. needless to say, they will never see a dollar of my money, i am adamant that people stay away from them, and my cousin no longer plays there either.

guess u have never dealt w/party poker customer service, let me tell u in the online poker biz, ur a lucky to get a response. Too many buckets of money to be made to them worry about customer service, but by far party poker is the worst.

Well after all the emails i sent and 45 minutes on the phone they sent me an email apologizing and said they will give me my bonus plus 5 dollars.

Well they gave me the $5 but i just got another email saying i wont be getting my bonus. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Everyone should stay away from Noble Poker.

I have had same troubles there as well. They shut a table down once in the middle of a hand I was in for $470, I had the nuts and was unbeatable even after river. Error message came up saying lost connection to the server, but the other table I was at had no problems. I sent them twelve emails and called eight times. I got $22 dollars back, my original call pre-flop back. I will never be back and try to warn everyone I know, not to deposit there.
