Good question, I really don't know would be my answer right now. The guy needs a coach like Parcells to whip his ass in line. Sad thing is he needs a qb like peyton manning as well or he will not get along with any team, team coach, etc....

I bet someone will pick up his contract (and add $$$ to it) if Philly wants to get rid of him...

good bye thug - Hopefully, no other team in the NFL will pick him up. Let's see how he is with no attention.

TO - Could I please have some fries with that hamburger...

Playoff teams that could use him (if he shuts the f* up):

Redskins
Seahawks (that could send them over the top)
Steelers
Chiefs (needed a stud wr for quite some time)

Who else?

Some of the teams you mention already have a good/reliable passing game with solid corps of receivers. I could see him not fitting with Colts for sure.

If he is put on waivers, the first two teams that have a crack are Houston and GB.

Favre to Owen....
GB beats Detroit, Chicago and Minnesota at home, then goes on the road in Chicago and wins... GB wins division

Odds To Win The 2005 NFC North Division (All Bets Action) 11/13 at 09:00 am Packers +4000

Just meant if they were to give up receivers as well if he was to be traded.

However, you're right about the Colts - even if they were to give some players up in a trade, they have amazing depth at the WR position.

hey snoozer....send me your 100 and i'll give you 60-1

gb to win the division? .....THEY ARE IN LAST PLACE....THEY ARE 1-7....THEY ARE 4 GAMES BACK....THERE ARE ONLY 8 GAMES LEFT.....they could be mathematically eliminated by thanksgiving.

this is a gambling forum and a forum to help out others.....if you did just make that wager, you just threw away 100 (and no you arent getting "value", your bet is a loser)

Cross off Denver from your list, TO to the Broncos = no chance. Shanahan wouldn't put up with someone like that after getting burned on guys like Dale Carter, Daryl Gardener, etc.

the guy is worth every penny he is paid, however he is not worth the problem. he had a right to dispute his contract with the eagles, he wasnt getting paid what he was worth,,,,bottom line.

im not an owens fan but the guy had a right to bitch about his contract. did he have a right to put down his team and organization?/ no way. that was the dumb move he made. as far as a player, he is the man

Didn't read all the posts, but I don't think anyone hit on this point.

The Eagles, at the moment, are not in a good spot to be thinking about playoffs. In 3 weeks, however, when TO's suspension ends, they'll know a lot more with key division games coming up against Dallas and NYG's.
If, and it's a big "IF", the Eagles have a chance at the playoffs, there's no way they'll release TO just to save the money, when there's a possibility they could be looking at him on the other sideline in a playoff game. They'll eat his salary for remainder of the regular season in that situation and nobody will get him for the playoffs.
Either way, trust me when I say that you do not want him. Everyone thinks that TO's a liability if you don't get him the ball enough, or he's not making enough money. That's not the deal with him completely. Yes, he pisses and moans about that stuff, but he seems to have a knack for always saying the wrong thing to teamates, and just in general, alienating everyone he comes in contact with. Pay him all the money in the world, and throw him the ball on every play. That's not gonna solve his problem.
