what's everybody doing tomorrow?
we are having family over (both sides), 25+ are going to be having dinner at our house.
i really look forward to these even though i'll be stressed with all the kids running through the house.
the smell of turkey, the game on the tube and vodka on the rocks.

A prayer I heard this morning.
A prayer by an American Confederate soldier seriously disabled in the Civil War:
I asked God for strength, that I might achieve, I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey.
I asked for health, that I might do great things, I was given infirmity, that I might do better things.
I asked for riches, that I might be happy, I was given poverty, that I might be wise.
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men, I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God.
I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life, I was given life, that I might enjoy all things.
I got nothing that I asked for -- but everything I had hoped for.
Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered.
I am, among all men, most richly blessed.

2. Get ready to go to both sets of parents to eat and not so glad it's a holiday.
3. Start to worry about things not getting done at work and be sorry it's a holiday.
4. Be at the parents and remember I hate holidays.

6. Lose both NFL game, it is a holiday after all.

I'll be sleeping til 11(70hrs a week has been killing me) even though alot of its on here......
Then off to two different places on my side of the family
Then end the nite at the old lady's side
Watching Football all god damn day and eating til my eyes close
Hope to be in bed by 8pm........4am comes quick, worst thing about the retail business, day after Turkey day!!

Going to my Sisters with all the family, then off to the In-Laws on Friday for 2 days. My family is doing something kinda fun tomorrow, we all threw in 50 bucks and my Sis bought 5 and 10 dollar gift cards to all sorts of places, Starbucks, Mcdonalds, Borders. We are playing a Family history trivia game. My 2 Sisters came up with all sorts of questions in our family background like Moms first car was a ------. Or Chads first car was a ------. We will eat, then get drunk and take turns trying to get the questions right and if you do you get to pick a gift card :mj14: Should be some funny chit come up!

going to my aunts house. she makes the absolute worst thanksgiving meal you can imagine. i always try to make the meal instead but this year her daughter wants to make her first one. i'll be going through the drive thru on the way home. they don't even like football either.

Having dinner with my folks who are in their mid 80's. Family came in from Spokane and Atlanta.
