Neteller problems...?

I just started using Neteller.Had several transactions and everything was fine.But in the last 2 days when I make a transaction it says "overbalance problems" and denies it.But I know I have the money in my bank account.
Do some banks not allow transactions if they are for offshore sites.Like some credit cards?Or is problem just with me and my bank.
My account # and ID # are all OK.
Just wondering if someone had some advice for me.

i never heard of that. i guess you will have to give them a call and find out. sorry i don't have the solution.

is account verified to raise limits?, not sure if problem just throwing out suggestion.

Did you have your bank account verified? That could be it. They deposit a few cents into your bank account and then retrieve a similar amount. It might take several days though. Sorry if you already did this.

If you are a new customer....you only have a certain limit you can transfer...you have to earn increased limits

thanks guys..I'm a little embaressed.I skipped the middle man which is Neteller.I was trying from my bank to offshore.It's Bank to net to offshore..duh

Yeah I'll echo what the others have said i have 3 neteller accounts and have never had a problem in years with any of them.
