Up 2 with 5.5 seconds remaining and a foul to give and he doesnt instruct his team to foul.......if they do they knock at least 2 seconds off the clock and force the Nuggets to re-inbound.........

talking about stupid coaches.......did anyone see the end of the Indiana game. Atlanta is shooting FT's to go up 3 with 3.4 seconds left......Indiana has no time outs. Atlanta makes both FT's and their phucking idiot coach calls a timeout which allows Indiana to not only set up a play but advance the ball to half court? WTF is that guy thinking....instead of making Indy go length of the court he calls a TO and let's them get it at half court which makes the % of them hitting a "3" for the tie a lot higher.....luckily for him Indy threw the ball away but I was sitting there going you have got to be kidding me right.....give the coach more $$$$, a true brainiac led his team to victory with brilliant in-game strategy......NBA is sick on all levels!!

i didnt see the game, but i saw the highlights and the Pacers didnt inbound at half court

the timeout allowed him to set up his defense, which picked off the deep pass

no, I was watching the game.....I told you exactly how it happened. After Atlanta hit their two FT's to make it 3, they called a TO. Indy got the ball at half court and threw it away. So Atlanta gets it back out of bounds at half court and they of all things throw it away on the baseline.....which set up Indy's last ditch attempt at a full court pass which was indeed picked off (that is what you saw)

no problem......I wasn't sure about the rule either, I thought the team in poss. of the ball had to call the TO also to advance it.....but it did run through my mind when he called TO that it might be possible that Indy got to advance it......and I can assure you if I was a coach I would indeed know the rule for sure......dumb luck on his part and not one of the announcers said word one about it?

Indy had a 20 sec. time out. You can only advance when your team calls TO.
