I think it was going to be a land casino and not a riverboat

Your right there is no way they could build a boat big enough. Just waiting to see when the other places around open back up and see what is being said.

Interesting that I saw nothing in the Indy star online about the raid on Friday

Latest Email

The email about our monthly 220 event went out by mistake... We hope
to be back open by then but the email was scheduled to go out
automatically... we have not yet determined our actions but we will
send out a notification to the group that clearly states our
intentions. again we appreciate your patience... in the mean time if
anyone would be interested in a group outing to Caesars poker room let
me know and I will put it together.

IPC will be returning to its regularly scheduled programming starting
with our $50 No Rebuy Tournament on Saturday, March 4th at 7:15PM. We
ask that all members no later than 7:00PM to register.

Membership requirements are now going to be enforced. All members must
be over the age of 21 to attend. ID's will be required for all
members, do not come if you do not have a valid drivers license to
verify age.

Each member will be required to purchase a membership pass. Passes
come as 4,10, or 20 visit passes that you get stamped at the door
before entering the play area. These passes will cost from $20-100
(larger passes will come with bonuses to increase their value) and
each stamp is the equivalent of a $5 membership fee that will be
charged to each member who wishes to use our facility on any given
day. We have chosen a daily membership fee over an annual membership
fee to make it more affordable for each member and to not punish those
members who are only able to come a few times a month.

There will be a 100% payout of all entry fees (excluding up to a 2%
reduction for our Loyalty Points Program through the end of March).
IPC does not take any part of the prize pool, all money will be paid
out to the members.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

man, what a story I just read through the whole thread...fawking playing with off-duty cops and then they bust the place...sounds like the younger kids ruined things for everyone...but bottom line advertising yourself when your involved in an illegal activity isn't the best thing to do

That is exactly what I was thinking when I read this, r they not gonna rake on the cash games, charge a membership fee to play cash, I don't think so. They are just trying to bend the law a little bit further but they still are wrong on this one.

they're done so they may as well accept it and go get real jobs :D

same chit happened in baltimore about 21 years ago and they all got shut down and stayed shut down. all the big rooms tucked in their tails and went back to quiet home games.

Spoke to Bob last night on the phone. He hasnt been "officially" charged yet. He fears the worst on the tax part and I dont blame him. Poker hasnt slowed down at all, you just need to know the right people. I can still find a game every night of the week. Played 2-4 Friday night and 1-2 PL Omaha Hi-Lo last night :scared Know of a very good 1-2 NL game in Fortville BSU.
