Shrimp skewers, pork chops, and salmon.

Had popcorn and candy apple at the zoo. (I'm a health nut)

Had about 3 bottles of water today and will have about 12 coors light longnecks tonight! Maybe a red bull and vodka, and maybe a cigar.

Yeah don't overdue it and grind your metabolish to a hault, it's a fine line to walk, at least with me it is.

I've lost weight not even cutting calories, just making sure my meals were spread out evenly six times thoughtout the day. Everyone has a different way to get it done but that seems like you could get to a point of diminished returns.

Good luck either way, I know how hard it can be.

shrimp and scallops cabobs (w/green pepper, onion and mushrooms), baked potato, a great salad and, of course,.......the rest of the Level Vodka.

stay away from white potatoes...it's the worst thing that you can eat for a diet...believe it or not sweet potatoes are much better for you....
