Curious to see claims all over the internet of BOS ripping people off left and right. And not only keeping their bonuses, but any monies earned using their bonus money. I think the whole problem that started this mess, they were shutting people down that have accounts at BOS and Millenium. Seems these 2 books are 1. A lotta forums are discussing how to take their ad banners off without losing a ton of revenue. Seems the $$ outweigh integrity. Who woulda guessed?? :shrug:

1 - i am looking into the matter.
2 - i do not pay any attention to what goes on in other forums. too many agendas with the bashing between them.
3 - i don't pretend to be a 'watchdog' like the others' but i do take care of my members when they have a problem. always have and always will if i can.
4 - i have never received a complaint on this end about BoS or Millennium that wasn't resolved.
5 - in this case it sounds like all the information is not being provided by both parties for whatever reason.
6 - it sounds like BoS has accepted arbitration from a 3rd party away from the forums and agenda driven forums and have agreed to pay the customer double if they are ruled against in this matter.
in the meantime, i would be careful of funds deposited with BoS and/or Millennium. take it out if you're worried about your money and that goes for any sportsbook anywhere.

I play at BOS and I have gotten my payouts. I have taken coin out twice in the past 3 mths and it is wired w/in 2 days!
i've been dealing with millenium for a few years & never had a problem with receiving money...i also like that they give 7.5 points on teasers on football.
however, somebody i respect gave me negative feedback on mii...so i may have to reconsider using them.
i'll wait & see what happens with the arbitration.

That arbitration is never gonna happen. By all accounts, BOS isn't even on IBAS' list of books that they provide arbitration services to. Also, BOS isn't licensed in the UK, which I believe is another requirement.
On top of that, it seems unlikely that this player would even go through the trouble of putting together a case. And now, a third party is going to pay the money to him so he really has no incentive to go much further.

so what does the watchdog have to gain by helping these strangers ?.....advertising & traffic is the only thing that i can think of....
fwiw...i agree with you jack....taking care of posters that contribute to the success of your site seems a better way to run a forum....& less aggravating.

BOS formerly NASA, like I mentioned, now I understand all of the problems. If you have seen any of my previous posts overthe past few years, you know I have not much good to say about them.
They initailly asked you your favorite team upon opening :mj07:
I know they dealt at least 2 different lines.
They offer(ed) huge bonuses then they find any way they can to not credit the full amount, offer 40%, credit 10 or 20%. Or not credit you at all, saying it is disallowed, or it was a new clerk and he was in error. Leaving you with your $ deposited already and you facing lengthy and aggravating phone calls to them. :scared
Charged, in my opinion, exhorbitant fees for overnight bank check FEDEX, then had a personal check come a week later :nono: Thet also tried to talk me out of a withdrawal, asking do I really need the money, what are you going to do with it. True story. :moon: ** My reply to that, was that "I was going to donate it to the church".
Their rules are 10 pages long, most are geared to say they can do whatever they want, whenever they want to whoever they want. :em38:
