The tropical storm will be laying all over the state of PA today.
UVA-Pitt and Akron-Penn St. looking at 100% chance of rain and heavy at times.

The ECU-Navy game might be OK at kickoff as they are calling for 40% chance of evening showers, however rain all day.

Supposed to be windy (25-35mph winds) in Cleveland today for the Wisconsin-Bowling Green game being played at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Oh yea, and a half to 1.5 inches of rain expected. It's a noon kickoff and it has been drizzling all morning in Cleveland. Browns Stadium is right on the lakefront and the wind swirls a LOT inside the Stadium. Poor conditions to pass and soggy conditions to run. I am sure the Browns are not happy right now having this game played in their Stadium in these conditions one week away from their home opener. I played the Under 49 in this game and i expect it to drop as the game gets closer to kickoff.

The BG/Wisky game is at 7. The wind is supposed to die down by then. Wait till the total gets driven down to 46 or so and then pound the over. BG can't stop anyone but is capable of scoring some points.

Hmmmm.....I am 3 minutes away from Browns Stadium on the laptop having a Saturday morning beer and the current conditions (90 minutes to kickoff) are rain with winds around 12-18mph from the NE, which will blow right into the stadium off the lake.
