at vip poker now.

it took me some time to find but here are the directions:

Your Private $10 Tourney and 1st Freeroll are in the lobby, The $10 + $1 tournament is under the Multi Table Tournament folder in All Games and Regular Games, the freeroll is in All Games and Freerolls.

The $10 tourney is named Madjack Sports Tour.

The Freeroll is Names Madjack Freeroll.

Congratulations to Monkeynuts for winning the 1st Tournament!

I will use this thread to update the standings each week...

As a side note, all tournaments are on Wednesdays at 9:30pm EST, two of dates were incorrect on the original signup sheet.

we might have to change the tournament series schedule so we have these two at vip poker consecutively.

Am I the only one who experiences "time outs" almost every time I try to access vip.com?????:shrug:

I have only been able to access the site one time in numerous attempts. I don't feel very comfortable depositing money there now, even if I was able to get through to do it. I have tried several variations of the site address (from my history on the one time I got through) to no avail. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening to me?

P.S. Tracerts time out as well.

Any chance you can have this week's tourney set up as a "turbo" tournament...

I've been playing on the VIP site some this week, and I found their game to be the slowest game I've ever seen.... last weeks' tourney took 3 hours..with VIP's interface, the same tourney would take 5 hours, I would guess... it gives players way too long to make decisions.

Something to consider, as many of us have to work on Thursdays...

On a positive note, I had never played at Pokerstars before... they have the best interface and game that i've seen...

One more thing - are VIP and WTS connected? their poker interfaces are identical - both very slow, unfortunately.
