Going to arrowhead for a game in a few weeks, need a good hotel to stay at. Anyone recommend one around the stadium? Thanks for any suggestions.

UT, only one good hotel right next to the stadium, and it has changed hands so many times I can't remember the name of it. Used to be Adams Mark, but I don't think that is it anymore. I agree with Vinnie that staying on the Plaza will be your best bet. Lot more to do down there. I go to every game myself, so if you have any questions, get my email from Jack and I will be more than happy to help you out.

The Raphael, your best choice and the only place I stay. Great resturants/bars all close. Tomfooleries for breakfast brunch before heading to the stadium is a must.

I also prefer JJ's for great dining and drinks, a local hangout you will like.

Both are on the Plaza close to the hotel.

Man, Arrowhead is a blast! I'd get there early and try to finagle some BBQ in the parking lot. I agree the Plaza is a great area to stay and play.

Enjoy your time in KC...it will be great. I have lost many brain cells in that town.

I'd be very surprised if anything near Arrowhead is available. We have had 10 rooms reserved for months now hoping that the Huskers would represent the brutal Big 12 North.

BOL finding rooms and do me a favor, don't whoop up on us to badly

You won't go wrong with any of those suggestions. I have never been to the Tomfooleries brunch, but many friends have, and they all say it is awesome. JJ's is a great place especially if you like wine. Huge selection and you won't be disappointed with the food either.
