Why not try selling Real Estate? I bet you'd be good at it and after you got the hang of things you could open up your own brokerage and have people working for you. At that point, you get a piece of what ever they sell.
Lots of money to be made in that line of work. Especially for someone with your discipline towards work.

its been around for awhile, yes, but not many up north, only one in PA and not sure about the MIdwest..........mostly located on east coast and south

hey jack My father and I have been in the used car buis for almost 15 years. Its a great way to make money if you know how to manage it. i have 2 dealerships and have about 125 buy here pay here accounts out. Auctions can be a lot of fun if you know what you are doing. I have the paperwork into Smoothie King, just waiting for them to process, buying two franchises in South Carolina, $50K initial investment (for two stores), but there are only 3 here now in Florence, and they have doubled in amount of stores since 2002 across the US...

i'm shocked there are none in philly or pittsburg, only one in the state of PA and thats at Penn State.......college kids eat that sh.it up, taking it to classes and what not......
i should get in contact with them and propose a smoothie king on wheels and travel to sporting events or to the beaches in the summer like the ice cream trucks do, going up and down the beach........i'm sure i could get beantownjim to drive the truck, what a freakshow that would be

Jaek, you can sit around just like you want. Just need to do the paperwork correctly, have a mechanic, and someone to clean up around. You own the vehicles eventually and won't get buried having to pay all that franchise money continuously.
Put MadJack logos on the vehicles. If you do well, I'll open a branch here. More sitting around and logos and Vegas trips!
