Hey guys, I made a eft withdrawal on the 11th and i recieved it in my bank in two days (the usual time) i then emptied my account with 2 more eft with. on the 15th and 18th. I hadn't recieved anything from them as of tues so i emailed them. They finally got back to me and said due to big volumes of with. requests this could take up to 4-6 weeks. Is anyone else having issues since neteller backed out of the USA? Thanks 4-6 weeks sounds a little fishy or should i not be worried?

I have had a withdrawal pending since the 16th. Here was the reply I got:

Dear Mr. XXXXX

Thank you for your email.

Due to the volume of requests that we have had for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) withdraws, please realize that we are quickly processing all requests in a timely matter but it may take up two weeks for your withdraw to appear in your bank account. We are working to resolve this issue but in the meantime your funds are safely maintained in trust accounts.

Should you have any questions or feel you have received this email in error, please contact NETELLER Customer Service, available 24 hours a day.
Thank you for choosing NETELLER.

Best regards,
NETELLER Customer Service

our ability to provide US members with any type of withdrawals is significantly reduced. As a top priority, we are working to resolve all withdrawal issues, but in the meantime we continue to maintain these funds in trust on your behalf even though their is currently no way for US Members to withdraw funds.

We are doing our best to restore our withdrawal options but don't know how long this will take. In the meantime your funds are safely maintained in trust accounts. We will communicate any updates as soon as possible.

Please check our US member page for updates.
