besides campaigning for obama today, do you have anything planned ? because if you do have a party today please make sure that teddy doesn't get behind the wheel to drive home.

have an enjoyable day...

fitty fo'?

i was never bothered by my age and birthdays until 51, is 54 any different?

i'm just starting to feel the age now too. you know, the little aches and pains and little injuries that take a lot longer to heal at this age as compared to the younger years.

with today's rapidly increasing technology in the medical areas, i still plan on taking up tennis when i'm about 115 :D

have a good day, steve!

In spite of illness, in spite even of the archenemy sorrow, one can remain alive long past the usual date of disintegration if one is unafraid of change, insatiable in intellectual curiosity, interested in big things, and happy in small ways.

Edith Wharton
US novelist (1862 - 1937)

"Youth is wasted on the young"

don't know who said it but damn sure true.

Thank you guys. Actually last Saturday we got hit with an ice storm and I fell down my back stairs. Fifteen stairs in all and I hit every one of them. About halfway down I remember thinking that I was either going to be dead or be in the hospital for a very long time.

I landed on the cement walk and layed there for a few seconds taking inventory. I have had 2 neck fusions in the past so I really wanted to make sure that everything worked.

Truth is I got up, brushed myself off, and went and shovelled the front walk.

Not too bad for a fat old man. Today my shoulder hurts a bit and my a$$, which took most of the blow, is half black and blue. I kind of look like the black and white cookie from the back.

But Jack, to answer your question I don't think 54 is so bad. And the best thing about is that 45 year old woman look young to me!

Thanks again.
