DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) - Joe Cullen, a Detroit Lions assistant coach arrested for driving nude and a week later for drunken driving, was sentenced Tuesday to two years probation and must attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings twice a week.

Cullen, who coaches Detroit's defensive line, pleaded no contest last month to disorderly conduct and guilty to impaired driving.
He must pay more than $1,600 in fines and court costs, and attend a Feb. 21 panel discussion featuring people affected by drunken drivers.

Cullen had faced up to 90 days in jail for the disorderly conduct charge, and up to 93 days for driving while impaired.

He was pulled over Aug. 24 in the Detroit suburb of Dearborn and ticketed on suspicion of indecent and obscene conduct. Police said he was driving nude. The Lions said alcohol was involved.

On Sept. 1, police stopped his vehicle and determined he had a blood-alcohol content of 0.12 percent, according to court records. The legal limit for drivers in Michigan is 0.08.

He just has that look about him. One of those guys that just loves to pull out his johnson in front of everyone. .12 isnt really that drunk. To pull off your clothes and drive around? Honestly, if i was head coach i couldn't even look at this guy anymore. The closest i ever came to doing something like this was waking up in the morning with just my work boots on. How i got my jeans off is still a mystery to me unless i just put my boots back on and went to sleep. this was with about a .25 not a .12 and i was in my own bed not buzzing around in a car. I bet if you looked on his computer you would find some disturbing things

This dude was totally hungover when that picture was taken. He just looks like a drunk.

One of my buddies in college who was a horrible drunk drove to Chevron naked and walked in to buy a pack of smokes- they knew him because he always went there because he had his Mom's Chevron card and practically lived off of it- getting half of his meals their :mj07: . He didn't remember doing it and he walked in a couple days later and the dude told him what happened. Apparently he just threw the pack of smokes to him and told him to beat it. Apparently he had hooked up with "Meg the Keg" earlier that evening and was all wasted and bailed out of her bedroom window naked thus leading to the Chevron encounter :mj07:
