See a buyout offer at .38 and the directors said no to it. Smells of the NDOL buyout at $2.10 when the stock was at $.50, now ndol sits at about .05.

If there was a legitimate buyout at .38 why isn't the stock going towards .38?

Board said they counter offered at .68.
