Looking for some plans and advice. I'm confident in my ability to build it, just need the plans. Its going to be 12X13. Havent decieded if I'm going to do the gable roof or not.

Can't find a place to buy plans anywhere

I'm sure Home Depot has pre-made plans for ust about everything, probably even available online.

I found their stuff 'somewhat' helpful when I built my deck.

GL, it is a BIG proect!

Toast,
Is this going to be attached to the home? If so, does the slab have any kind of footing underneath?:com:
That would be an important step:SIB

Let me know what your questions are as they come up, I'm here to help :)

I know it stays pretty warm in Atlanta but would check on difference to have it glassed in vs just screened. If not a lot would opt for that.
Had outfit do mine several years ago at about cost of $12,000. If I want outside air -all glass slides open for screen effect. Keep glassed closed in winter and temp never gets below 50 inside regardless of temp outside despite no air or heat. Have several conures that fly about inside. Best money I ever spent.
