I looked into Garofalo. She fits a lot of the requirements. Doesn't seem like she has kids, but she might be some kind of legal guardian. She got married as a joke like 15 years ago and never anulled it. Kevin Bacon 2, just like everyone else.

I have no idea what the DJ's intent was in mentioning the SF street with the Powell clue. However, to clarify (in case it means anything), Powell St. runs from Market Street to the Fisherman's Wharf area. Powell and Market is the starting place for 2 of the three cable car routes. The two routes split and terminate at two different places near the Wharf. Powell is very hilly in part, especially over Nob Hill near the Fairmont Hotel.
